Jan 11 2011 -logic n shit bitches-please troll me.

It is certainly true that the chances of a prayer coming true is directly and equally proportional to the chance of it happenning in reality.
Is it god that created man in his image, or man who created god in their image?
If god created the 'Big Bang' (read: expansion), then if you say that god was created out of nothing, then are you not adding an extra completely unnecessary step? It is simpler and does not change the concept to simply say that we do not know what caused the Big Bang instead of adding an extra causality chain. Hence, since it is said that god was not created, then would that not make him/her/it by loose definition, an atheist?
The concept of hearing gods voice is simply a mental simulation. A personal relationship with god is something brought out of ones own conscience. certain phrases and words will appear resonate with an association with a 'god' that is forged in the image of the experiences the thinker has had in the real world.
The bible to one informed in such matters can be historically traced with great accuracy. Results showed that sections of the bible, and the creation of the ideals and the god Yahweh were influenced purely by political and militaristic goals of man.
I am quite certain that I have no need to talk about the scientific fallacies. Surely not.
Morals, are however, scientifically based. Morals are a byproduct of survival. They allow group functionality in species such as piranha species, and simian species.
It is highly immoral for a being who has concealed itself perfectly, beng undetectable to any means of detection, and apparently creating a set of natural laws that explains everything about the universe, hereby not needing the presence of such a being, to pass judgement on humans regarding their beliefs on this god.
It is unfortunate that this is targetted to the christian denomination, but it is the most common in these parts of the world. And, just for the record, yes catholicism is a subdivision of christianity, having been primarily, atleast by common knowledge, divergent from the anglican church when Henry VIII decded he needed more wives.
Ultimately, this short article will not accomplish anything except attract trolls, which I welcome, and by all means, religion is a required aspect of the human condition. It is culturally and socially important to have, albeit its detriments. but in the end, that is all it should ever surmount to be. It is historically evident that when faith gains power, bad things happen. Eg. Crusades, inquisition, aztecs, the current middle east, the education in south USA.
I probably missed quite a lot of sections avaliable to be said. lalala
P.S. Hitler was not an atheist. Hitler stated in a speech to the Stuttgart February 15, 1933: "Today they say that Christianity is in danger, that the Catholic faith is threatened. My reply to them is: for the time being, Christians and not international atheists are now standing at Germany’s fore. I am not merely talking about Christianity; I confess that I will never ally myself with the parties which aim to destroy Christianity. Fourteen years they have gone arm in arm with atheism. At no time was greater damage ever done to Christianity than in those years when the Christian parties ruled side by side with those who denied the very existence of God. Germany's entire cultural life was shattered and contaminated in this period. It shall be our task to burn out these manifestations of degeneracy in literature, theater, schools, and the press—that is, in our entire culture—and to eliminate the poison which has been permeating every facet of our lives for these past fourteen years."
P.S.S. Did not edit this. Mistakes everywhere I bet. Come at me grammah Nazeehz
